1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use apply to bbwarchive.xyz, including its archive, model and post pages, protected-link features, comments, replies, reactions, and other public services. By accessing or using BBW Archive, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not access or use the site. You may use BBW Archive only where doing so is lawful.
2. Adults-only service
BBW Archive contains material intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and at least the legal age required to view adult material where you live, whichever age is higher.
By entering or using the site, you confirm that you satisfy these requirements and that local law permits you to view the material. Minors must leave immediately and must not use comments, reactions, downloads, or any other site feature.
3. Nature of the archive
BBW Archive organizes information about models and posts and may provide links that lead to files or services operated by third parties. BBW Archive does not claim ownership of third-party material and does not guarantee that any linked file will remain available.
Titles, dates, descriptions, categories, model details, missing-video lists, and other archive information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. The site may correct, reorganize, hide, or remove entries at any time.
BBW Archive does not host the linked videos on its own servers. Selecting an external archive or download link takes you to a separate provider.
4. Permitted use
You may browse the archive and use its public features for personal, noncommercial purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law. Any permission granted by these terms is limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable.
You are responsible for your device, internet connection, any data charges, and determining whether access to the site or an external destination is legal and appropriate in your location.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use the site if you are underage or help a minor access it.
- Post, request, link to, or describe unlawful material, sexual content involving minors, or nonconsensual intimate material.

6. Comments, replies, and reactions
A member account is required for new comments and replies. Before commenting for the first time, you must accept the commenting rules. You are responsible for your username, display name, comments, and replies. Do not include sensitive personal information or anything you do not want made public.
You keep any rights you have in text you submit. By submitting it, you give BBW Archive a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, format, moderate, and distribute that text as needed to operate and promote the discussion in connection with the site.
Comments are normally published automatically and may be flagged for review. BBW Archive may edit, flag, hide, restore, or delete comments; preserve a deleted-comment placeholder when replies remain; remove reactions; limit participation; or block an IP address or visitor identifier. Moderation is discretionary and may occur without prior notice.
The signed-in account that posted a comment may edit or delete it during the displayed editing window. This feature is not guaranteed, and BBW Archive may end a session or restrict an account for security or moderation reasons.
7. Member accounts and video submissions
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password private, and promptly report suspected unauthorized account access. You may not share, sell, impersonate, automate, or create an account for a minor. BBW Archive may suspend or disable an account to protect the site, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
Every video submission must comply with the upload rules shown at submission time. In particular, all depicted people must be consenting adults; you must have permission to submit the links and thumbnail; only approved HTTPS hosts may be used; and no other website name or URL may be present in the video. You must accept the upload rules separately for every submission.
You retain any rights you have in submitted metadata and thumbnails. You grant BBW Archive a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to store, review, reproduce, resize, format, display, publish, moderate, and remove submitted metadata and thumbnails as needed to operate and promote the archive. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to grant this license.
Submissions are not public until approved. Administrators may correct the visible date and other metadata, assign the post ID and sorting date, deny a submission with a reason, remove an approved post, or restrict future submissions. Approval does not mean BBW Archive endorses the submission or guarantees permanent availability.
8. Third-party sites and downloads
External services—including file hosts, social platforms, stores, and creator pages—are independent from BBW Archive. Their own terms, privacy rules, availability, restrictions, and security practices apply.
BBW Archive does not control or endorse every external destination and is not responsible for its content, advertising, files, purchases, availability, or conduct. Access external links at your own discretion, keep security software current, and do not download anything you do not trust.
9. Intellectual property and copyright complaints
The BBW Archive name, original design, code, organization, and original text are protected to the extent allowed by law. Third-party names, images, videos, trademarks, and other material remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership or endorsement is implied by inclusion in the archive.
If you believe an archive entry or link infringes your copyright, use the secure contact form, choose “Copyright/removal request,” and provide: identification of the copyrighted work; the exact BBW Archive URL and material at issue; your name and contact information; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
BBW Archive may remove or disable access to material or links while reviewing a complaint. False or abusive notices may have legal consequences. This contact method does not replace any legally required process or designated-agent filing.
10. Availability and enforcement
The site, any feature, and any archive entry may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time. Access may be blocked when reasonably necessary for safety, security, moderation, legal compliance, or protection of the site and others.

12. Limitation of liability
