1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to BBW Archive at bbwarchive.xyz, including its archive pages, model pages, post pages, contact form, commenting features, reactions, and administrative moderation systems.
External websites reached through archive or download links have their own privacy practices. This policy does not control those external services.
2. Information we collect
Information you submit
- Your account email address, username, public display name, and a protected password hash. Passwords are not stored in readable form.
- The comment text and replies you choose to publish, and your acceptance of the commenting rules.
- Saved-post choices and likes or dislikes submitted on individual posts.
- Video-submission details, including model, title, suggested visible date, description, links, thumbnail, rules acceptance, review status, and any denial reason.
- The category, name, reply email, relevant page URL, subject, message, and other information included in privacy, moderation, copyright, technical, or support requests.
Information collected automatically
- A randomly generated internal visitor identifier and a shortened public identifier.
- Your IP address, an encrypted copy of it, and a keyed one-way IP fingerprint used for moderation and abuse prevention.
- Submission timestamps, editing timestamps, associated model or post identifiers, contact confirmation references, request status, and moderation status.
- Basic technical information normally recorded by web servers, such as request time, requested page, browser information, and security events.
- Cloudflare Turnstile verification results used to reduce automated abuse.
Do not publish private information in a comment. Comments and display names are intended to be visible to other visitors.
3. How we use information
Information is used to create and secure member accounts; maintain private sign-in email addresses; display public profiles; operate saved posts, discussions, reactions, video submissions, and the private contact inbox; allow limited comment editing and deletion; review member submissions; detect spam or abusive behavior; flag language for review; enforce bans; investigate problems; respond to requests; and meet legal obligations.
BBW Archive does not currently sell personal information collected through the commenting or reaction system. If these practices change, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect where required.
4. Public profiles, comments, and submissions
Your username, display name, generated letter avatar, join date, approved video submissions, comments, replies, posting times, and edited labels are public. Email addresses, password hashes, saved posts, pending or denied submissions, IP addresses, and internal moderation information are not shown on public profiles.
Your signed-in account controls the ability to edit or delete your comment during the 30-minute editing window. Administrators may flag, hide, restore, or delete comments and may preserve a deleted-comment placeholder when replies remain. Approved video submissions become public archive posts and may identify the submitting username.
7. Retention
- Encrypted IP addresses associated with comments are ordinarily removed after 90 days.
- Keyed IP fingerprints may be retained longer for security, moderation history, and active bans.
- Active ban records retain the information needed to enforce the ban until the ban expires or is removed.
- Member accounts remain until deleted, suspended, or no longer needed. Automated email verification and password recovery are not currently available.
- Comments, reactions, saved posts, and approved submissions remain until removed, changed, no longer needed, or deletion is required.
- Pending, denied, or withdrawn submissions and their protected thumbnails may be retained for moderation, duplicate detection, appeals, security, and recordkeeping, then removed when no longer needed.
- Contact messages are deleted 180 days after they are marked resolved. Encrypted raw IP addresses attached to contact messages are ordinarily cleared after 90 days.
- Server and security logs are retained according to operational and hosting requirements.
Information may be retained longer when necessary for a legal claim, safety investigation, fraud prevention, or compliance obligation.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
During the 30-minute ownership window, the signed-in account that posted a comment may edit or delete it. Members can update their display name and withdraw a video submission while it is still in review. You may request access, correction, account deletion, or information about applicable privacy rights by contacting BBW Archive.
A request may require reasonable verification. Some information may be retained when necessary for security, active bans, legal obligations, or the rights of others. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, receive a portable copy, or appeal a denied request.
BBW Archive does not discriminate against visitors for exercising applicable privacy rights.
9. Adults-only service
BBW Archive is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. Minors must not access the site, submit comments, or use interactive features. The site does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact BBW Archive so it can be investigated and removed where appropriate.
10. Security
BBW Archive uses measures intended to reduce unauthorized access and abuse, including password hashing, server-side validation, CSRF protection, same-origin checks, rate limits, session invalidation, administrator authentication, Turnstile, encryption of retained IP addresses, keyed fingerprints, and restricted administrative access.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Visitors should avoid submitting sensitive or identifying information in public comments.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when site features, providers, retention practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when revisions are published. Material changes may also be announced on the site where appropriate.
12. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the secure contact form and choose “Privacy request.” Include the relevant public visitor ID or comment when possible. Never submit passwords or database credentials.
